Project Overview

This project was conducted as part of a module in my Master’s in Strategic Digital Marketing, focusing on applying trending technologies, big data, and artificial intelligence (AI) in digital marketing practice. Collaborating with a real-world client, Planning By Design, I undertook a comprehensive analysis of their digital marketing performance, using tools like Google Analytics and other digital measurement platforms. The aim was to develop strategic recommendations and a measurement plan to increase their market share and consumer satisfaction.

Challenge

The client was undergoing rapid growth and rebranding while seeking to enhance their market share and customer satisfaction. A major challenge was analyzing vast amounts of digital data and translating it into actionable strategies that aligned with their evolving brand identity.

Results

Through a comprehensive evaluation of the client’s digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, I identified key areas for improvement and optimization. Strategic recommendations were developed, leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance website performance and boost customer engagement. A detailed Measurement Plan was created to track the success of these strategies, ensuring alignment with SMART objectives and measurable outcomes. The project’s impactful approach and results earned a distinction grade (80%), showcasing a high level of expertise in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
